You are correct as usual in what you stated.
To those of you who have not gotten yourselves in gear yet, you may want to review Rich the K's post of a couple of days ago. He gives us the name and address of counsel who is assisting us in D.C. Write them, send counsel your support and include a contribution as many of us have to cover their expenses in helping us turn back this sorry treatment by those who care little for your concerns and stake in this as an IMS supporter and shareholder.
Also, to those you who have not contacted the brokers and advisers immediately following the co and stock (who know the score as Gary has outlined it for you) you can get their names and numbers from myself or Gary or Rich or Greg for sure.
I guess many of us assume that those still interested in the co and its stock, and are reading this thread, already have the contact sources to keep up on things and do their part. If that is not the case and you want to step up to the plate with the rest of us, just e-mail any of us above and we'll put you in touch with those aggressively acting on all our behalves. If nothing else, if you know these people already, you ought to give them a call and encourage them to keep going. Right now would be a good time. Some of these good people have put in a lot of time- protecting the interests we have built up over many years of supporting IMS. Help them where you can.
