During the interview of ICG's CEO this morning on CNBC, Cramer admitted that he owned ICGX. Also ICIX (he likes the IC stocks, he said). He like's the CLEC's. If he likes and owns ICGX and ICIX, I would have to bet he also likes and owns WCII.
