Mark, AMEN! I'm hearing great words of wisdom from you. It is paramount to compliment the current management with seasoned mining and business pros. I strongly believe this should be pushed very hard by the shareholders. If shareholders do not take a strong position on such things, we'll have an entrenched management that believes that it can accomplish everything single-handedly. Sure, management has done great things under the most difficult of circumstances and we are all very grateful for that. However, management has to realize that they cann't go it alone forever. There comes a time when you need a change and IT HAS ARRIVED! sh
