OK, RS chart for NEWP. And how did we get started on NEWP anyway?
Who are these people and why are we using them as an example?
I expect the bashing aponst my head to start by you and Bobster any second....

NEWP reversed up its RS in October of 97 and continues to gain strength.
Current reading is 2.29.
This is a nice recent reversal up.
