The person filing was Robert J Pratt, formerly employed by ITKG. He filed the form 144 at the SEC on 3/6/98 and is selling his shares through Barrett(GL) & Associates. I spoke to someone at Washington Services and they pulled the file on the sale of 144 stock. Mr Pratt has indeed filed to sell 140K shares and she told me the waiting period for 144 use to be 2yrs but now is one. She also told me if the filing was in error they havn't yet received an amended copy yet. It's very troubling that Mr. Pratt, even if his application does not go through, has filed to sell 140K shares at close to the 52 week lows. Working for ITKG (which I verified) with your VA office he would know more about ITKG then the people on this thread, myself included.
