Maybe PWAV is getting ready to announce layoffs like SPCT did. That should be good for at least a couple of points up like SPCT just had even after announcing an expected loss for the quarter! Layoff news works great for increasing bond prices, why not here too?

RFJock reported that PWAV hasn't had any layoffs and that he thinks they're getting ready for some new business to make up for delayed orders by the Koreans. Maybe PWAV can put out a press release saying that they've reduced work hours from overtime down to 40 hours a week. That might only be worth a point though!
