I certainly understand your concern about the possible sale by myself in the market. Let me put your mind at ease. The filing was made with no specific intent. I may sell some, I may sell none. But if the time comes that I may want to sell a few shares in the next 90 days, this was the necessary paperwork that had to be done. In general when you file it is for the 1% of the outstanding stock which is what I filed.
If your concern is about "jumping ship" you have no need to worry. It was just a formality just in case I need to sell some in the next quarter. I hope I answered your concerns.
This is a company that I put much work into and would be terribly short sighted to be offing my position here.
