No secrets here. We intend to provide complete and accurate information. We stand by my previous statement. If you would like to confirm information about ITKG, we would invite you to call our offices toll-free at 1-888-666-8833. [Note: Lab technicians in our West Virginia office are probably not your best source of corporate financial and legal information.]

Mr. Pratt was a founder of the company and is a significant shareholder. Mr. Pratt has never been employed by ITKG, and is not now employed by ITKG. Mr. Pratt has never been nor is he now a director or officer of ITKG. A correction is forthcoming from Bloomberg.

Mr. Pratt is a shareholder just like you, and is legally entitled to dispose of his assets, just like you, without telling me or anyone else why. But he does have to provide the public notice of his intent to sell, and conform to some other rules. Filing the form 144 is only one part of the process of releasing 144 shares. Until the entire process is successfully completed, the shares cannot be sold. Please see my previous statement.

Finally, at this point in time, I doubt whether Mr. Pratt has more detailed knowledge about the affairs of the company than would any of our shareholders who have read the publicly available information. So I wouldn't read too much into it.
