Bruce Boyle in IR said the two guys who are balking at the merger, only contro 5% of the outstanding shares, and that 30 % of the outstanding shares are closely held. In other words the deal should fly. I have finally seen the first of the announced 3 info deal with <stop the insanity woman> Susan Powder. They are really starting to roll out the products. Then comes cashflow, then profit.....then shareholder value.
