Welcome to the thread Katherine. We would love to have you participate here and lend your insights to this thread. If you go back to the Mission Statement at the beginning of this thread you will see that your talents are both welcome and desired here. The more experts there are, the better all of us will be. I would guess that the article that finally mentioned CYMI in conjunction with DUV and the UT breakthrough was your "entry fee"<GGG>. Andrew BTW-I have enjoyed reading your articles in SST. I can almost be considered a Charter Subscriber to SST and Semiconductor Int'l. Sorry to see you leave but at least we know where to find you<GGG>.
