Zoar-Snore, why don't you explain the function of capital markets? I understood it as a method of assembling capital to operate business. As far as I can tell you and the other magpies here look at it as a crap shoot. Before there was the 'net, there were football and basketball pools.

The question is: if ACRT is expanding rapidly, why would they be buying in shares? Why not use that capital to expand the business and let the market reprice the stock? In fact from a business sense, it is a big negative for ACRT to actually buy-in shares. If they were to buy them in to hand to the Rice guy, that would really be a salary expense without any tax write-off. So I guess the shareholders would get a double-hosing. First by not expanding the business because of lack of capital, and second by paying the capital out in gifts, and second and a half not being able to claim a tax deduction for these stock gifts.

Elevator going up - Right up your nose!

LOL ROFLOL
