shane, lovely news that CPQ isn't waiting for the grass to grow to unclog distribution channels. Also think it's great for LSI and DVD. While my prior post was obviously in jest, it is an incredible cowinkydink that about six days ago the damn things were peripherals for high end machines while today they're being stuck on $1500 machines. Or, for the not very princely sum of $150, you can get an external unit from Creative as per today's release. Can you say mainstream? I've just about reached the end of the road with my 486 at home PC and am in the market and I have to tell you it's a feeding frenzy for a buyer. Got to believe the software applications won't be far behind as these puppies start moving out the door and then we're off to round two. Oh god, here I go again getting bullish on LSI. When will they ever learn, when will they evvvverrrrr learn? Mike Doyle
