I bought some of this stock today. It may have been a mistake but consider the following:
It has traded down in price for about five months and is trading right at its 50 day moving average. This is often a bottom.

Its P/E, 18x, is about 60% of its long term growth rate which IBES has as 32.5%

It is the market leader with about 24% of the help desk market.

It was downgraded at the end of January by all the firms that count, except Soundview, which kept its buy rating.

It appears to have a base at $17/share.

What I'm hoping for is one or more of the brokerage firms that downgraded in January to say that its now a buy on a "price basis".
They may not want to do that until the next earnings report is out, but if they are even thinking about it, the stock will rise into that report. I hope I'm right.

Regards
David
