What kind of gospel are you feeding to Tony? It certainly isn't the one that Christ gave us. My bible says that it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the Living God. Are you trying to tell Tony that his brother, after having rejected Christ all his life can expect God to be gracious to him? A thousand times no, he will be sent to the same place that the rich man whom Jesus spoke about.
And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried and said, father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. Luke 16;24
You may not think that anyone is in hell yet but this is certainly not a pleasant place to be found, especially when considering the fact that he hasn't even received his judgement at the Great White throne of Judgement. That will be his final judgement.
Jesus also said that, Except ye become converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Jesus was not lying. He was telling the straight truth.
As to whether a Christian who commits suicide I cannot find anything in the scriptures that says he shall not be saved. But to say that someone who rejected Christ will fair well is absolutely wrong.
