this may be difficult but imagine for a moment that you don't own any DELL and a friend gave you that Lehman report, asking you for an opinion. Being the nice guy you are, you did you due diligence and what conclusion would you draw?

Frankly, that Lehman rpt is about as bearish as can be, if you read what they are actually saying. Everything that is positive about the industry and the company has already been taken into consideration. At the current price, where can DELL go? Take a look at the chart. When the mo is gone, it is a free fall from here.
