Hey, nice piece. Are you guys going to quit your day jobs and go to work at Barron's? I agree with almost everything you said, except I wonder if the ROI from support automation is really as tangible as you say. I also question whether Vantive's slower ramp (and the support market in general) compared to SFA is because of the "mission critical" nature of support. I agree that support is "mission critical," but how does that lead to a slower ramp? I think you are implying that the technical hurdles are higher in support than in SFA; however, isn't the asynchronous replication in SFA a darn tough technical challenge, tougher probably than providing 24x7 availability?
