I received word from an Omaha stockbroker that a high net-worth PKS employee unloaded 3.5 million shares of KIWT and opened up a managed account so as to obtain diversification. I suspect that this was a small percentage of this person's holdings in KIWT.

I feel that KIWT has very high upside potential as evidenced by applying the fundamental factors from QWST to the book value of KIWT. This little bit of volatility that we have seen in the last few days will be nothing compared to the volatility we will see when this stock is listed and receives institutional sponsorship.

Another rumor I have heard is that there will be an IPO after all. Institutional investors are wanting this issue, and there is not enough available shares in the marketplace to satisfy them. Usually during an IPO institutional investors get most of the shares and individual investors get crums. For example, Ritchie Brothers went public this week (Ritchie Brothers auctioned off a lot of Kiewit equipment) and I wanted to get some shares. The entire office of Dean Witter in Scottsdale had only 200 shares to distribute to clients. That is a good reason for an IPO. It would generate a lot of market cap.
