Amtech Announces Management Change; David P. Cook Becomes Chairman, President, and CEO
DALLAS, Feb. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Amtech Corporation (Nasdaq: AMTC - news) announced today that its board of directors has elected David P. Cook interim chairman, president, and chief executive officer of the company, effective today. Mr. G.
