Hello new to CVIA, but just looking at the volume that happend a couple days ago really impressed me. Twenty three million shares traded in a penny stock? Looking back through a couple of post trying
to make sense of it.
Ok
1. Merger happens in a couple of days or weeks
(was their any specific new news that would move this much volume?)
2. Was the twenty million shares traded an actual buy back of the reg
s shares
(I guess this would mean the merger was about to be complete or already is and, their just dotting the i's and crossing the t's?)
3. Correct me if I'm wrong but under normal conditions 23 mill in vol
would have pushed this one way up around 10 cent? but if it was a buy back it wouldn't have moved it that much at all because of a set buy back price? (not sure how it works)
4.If it was a buy back and now they release that a merger is final sense the float is alot smaller, It seems to me that this one may really move.

Anyway just a thought..any comments?
