Mohan, I can not imagine where you got this idea. Scott uses the auto industry for almost every analogy he makes in the computer industry. I think his dad is actually running Sun and Scott is just the front man. But you got to actually love this guy! He could never have made a professional hockey team but he never gave up. Instead, he uses his employees as targets for his hockey puck. I call that pluck! He sets his various divisions and departments against one another after the fashion of the Roman empire and then collects taxes (blood, sweat and tears) from them one and all. But alas he has not been able to achieve the top dog position and must sresign himself to longing after Bill Gates software empire. Bill models his company after the great warriors of the East. Let's see Ghengis Kahn comes to mind. If only Scott can get Caesar to destroy Bill Gates then the way would be open for him to be top dog. Someday he may become a real person.
