Bateman,it's the NN-Siemens-3COM deal slowly bearing fruits:

The first of these will be introduced at the CeBIT trade show in Hannover, Germany, on March 19.

There will be something all year here coming out. I was heartened by the close cooperation between Siemens and AT&T ( go to www.Siemens.com ). NN of course is at the heart of it with backbone ATM.My understanding is that Siemens had tried for a couple of years to build ATMs unsuccessfully before turning to NN. Now the 3 of them will provide a world wide end to end solution. When you are looking at a world wide connection I think telco companies like NN have an advantage over Internet Networkers a la CSCO because they can provide better, clearer, more secure connections, which is what phone companies always look for, because of their telco background.
Meanwhile obviously now we got moneys ( US and foreign ) pouting in
and we got the same momentum that has kept this bull market going for 7+ years. I think Siemens and NN stand to benefit because they have wider recognition in Europe is at the beginning of a major bull market this year. All major European Telcos are NN's primary customers
from France, Germany,Switzerland,UK,Fin,Norway, Austria, Spain,Russia, etc.,
