Since they didn't announce that Brimmer or any body else currently at RAIN was going to be the 'real' President one would think that means that they definitely want an outsider but then one would have thought when they originally announced they were looking for a COO/President they planned on hiring on in 1997 rather than merely sometime before the millenium.
