Naxos management.... not withstanding the fact that Naxos has
always been a rumor driven plus or minus price evaluation, due to
the continual price slide we the common shareholders have a right
to current info that is being witheld. We no longer will sit still
for a company exec being responsible for lab results that subordinate
his position in a third party venture. This co. can no longer be run
as a mom & pop operation. The AGM is just around the corner and we
as the true owners of this co. will make the changes if current
management cannot.
In 1996 I tried to run for a board seat as a voice for the common
shareholder and was told very nicely NO. I have again in 1998 asked
to be on the ballot and again told NO. If you the current board do
not start to address the needs of the small shareholder we will
choose someone to represent us via the proxy statements and voting
rights at the AGM.
