Zebra, from what I understand, there are instruments such as warrants or convertibles. When I talked to Mr.Monas on Monday, he said that there may be a possibility of warrants or exchanges in the future, but that it was only a possibility. Also, from what I understand, the majority of the shares issued are restricted and held closely by insiders. Also, Mr.Monas emphasized heavily that there would be no reverse split. I've come so averse to the phrase that I think I'll just call it rs :-).

If you look at the header to this thread, Brad has compiled a lot of the info that you are looking for.

As regards to the price movement, it may be that the MM's are just accumulating shares for the next runup which I'm sure will occur once the release and filings are completed. Other than that, there are no stocks on this exchange that I know of that has not at one time or another been manipulated beyond reason by those who control the floor.
