Probably a subscriber can answer that question. All I can refer to is the brochure that I got in which he says that his newsletter is ranked very high (second among ALL newsletters, with the first position taken by a newsletter that recommends switching in and out of very volatile high-tech sector funds). The name of the rating agency is Hulbert or Hilbert, or something like that. Dipy.
