You can never beat the 'element of surprise'. I sell for a living and have for years and if there is one thing I hate it is having a scheduled appointment unless I know the person real well. When you arrive they are tensed up and have every objection memorized. Good luck on your visit. Let us know what you find out. Are you going to Florida or Colorado? I think Colorado would be your better bet to get the 'real' story.
