Could any STDM employees or ex employees comment on how thing are going at STDM at the present time. Looks to me as if Artecon is in fact the acquiring company as Artecon manangement will be the ones running the company once the merger is completed. Also what kind of CEO is Lambert from Artecon? And does anyone have an idea when and if the merged company can be profitable?
