The completion of the audit, which is now promised for this month by our accounting firm has been delayed for a fairly good reason. If you consider that the auditors have to audit and incorporate the financials of 7 subsidiaries (2 of which are in Italy), as well as the parent company, the amount of time that is passing is not unreasonable, although it is as disappointing to us as it is to our shareholders.
