"In the latest OPEC news, Venezuela Energy and Mines Minister Erwin Arrieta said the cartel may call an extraordinary ministerial meeting after its ministerial monitoring subcommittee meets in Vienna Monday.

Invitations had gone out to all OPEC members to attend the Monday meeting, but Venezuela -- considered the biggest OPEC overproducer -- and Saudi Arabia -- the world's largest crude producer -- both said they won't attend that meeting."

Uh, i guess that means that since no one is going to the first meeting they are going to have a second one.
