To All: Regarding a Reverse Split...Have been there.. But nothing to
worry about if you are in BELOW the SPLIT price..Example:
20K @ .05 = $1000.00 Price goes to .08 20K @ .08 = $1600.00

Reverse split takes place at .08 @ 1/20 ...Your 20K turns into 1K
the price goes from .08 to $1.60...1K @ 1.60 = $1600.00 which for
the slow people is the same as 20K @ .08 what have you LOST (NOTHING).
You paid $1000.00 in the beginning that does not change..

I think you will find that a lot of the Penny's will be doing the
REVERSE Split idea so they can stay listed under the NEW laws..

Time to look at the Reverse as not such a terrible thing and really
a blessing for some stocks as long as they are in good Financial
Shape...

I had ISGI/TWT which R/S'd when I was in at .45 above the split price
It went from $6.50 to $10.00 after the split for a day and allowed me
to cut my loss in half..

The days of using the Reverse Split as a SCARE TACTIC to get people to sell is over for the next few months or so..They will be quite common just to keep Companies listed...This is of course JMO do you own thinking..Bill

PS: Don't like Reverse Split but they are one of the evil's us Penny
Players will have to put up with for a while..Better than going to the
PICK SHEETS (Unlisted)
