Hi Elmo - Have you seen any response from Novell regarding the Class Action suit? From your observation what is generally the time frame when some response is made (30 days, 90 days after the complaint is filed???)? I am bullish long...long term for Novell but think short term they may have a problem explaining the specific items alleged in this case.....but I see it being resolved out of court. If Novell responds to this suit, I am looking forward to your post referencing the source. <You always seem to find the best! Internet source links...Thank's for your help>. EKS
