Notice of AGM and matters to be acted upon.
Just received our copies of the AGM notice and financials. The AGM will be held on March 31, 1998, 10:00am at the Conference Centre (Room C) of Cook Duke Cox, Barristers and Solicitors, 3rd flr, 700 - 9th Ave S.W., Calgary, AB. Shareholders on record at the close of the business day on Feb 23/98 may attend and/or vote.
In addition to usual procedures (passing out financials, election of directors, appointment of auditors), the company will seek approval for a name change (to Dynamix Corporation), as well as for the authorization to carry through a PP which may be >25% (>4M shares) of the current outstanding shares without further shareholder approval.
Anyone planning to attend? I would like to be there, but I work during the day and won't be able to take time off. I will likely use the toll-free voting by phone. I urge other shareholders to vote as well.
Is anybody awake out there? It's too quiet here. Sort of reflective of the trading activity. As much as I'd like to pick up some shares under $0.20 to average down, my paycheque only comes once a month, so I wouldn't mind seeing the current price hold for a while longer (although a climb is always welcomed). Being tax/RRSP time, I didn't have much "spare cash" laying around. :(
