Good Long - CVIA Basically a shell corp with intention to do a 3 way merger in the next few weeks with an existing tire and oil business. Stock price is damaged goods due to REG S but company is trying to cover this. News of merger or cover of REG S should establish stock in the 0.05 to 0.06 cent level short term. Currently trading at 0.015. Best buys were at 0.01 level. Bill
