the best thing to do is talk to the company and/or IR. Joe, to the best of your knowledge, have you ever heard of anyone successfully suing AND RECOVERING DAMAGES FROM A BB company for false predictions/promises? For example, I'm dedicated so I do my DD and call Joe Blow, IR Chief of Flim Flam Associates. Their stock is trading at aound a dime and they tell me they're going to do $1 in earnings that year. The year goes by and they lose 40 cents a share. Realistically, what case do shareholders really have against a Bulletin Board company? TG
