Charles, and All,

Can someone here point to any information (preferably a concise list) of Internet Telephony Service Providers, both operational or planned <yes, I'm even interested in vapor -- which is much of the point of this post>, which states who they are and what their current per-minute rates are, as well as any other applicable terms and conditions of service?

I've already seen the Data Communications article and most of the stuff that Jeff Pulver has published. I'm looking for both confirmation of some of the information in those areas, as well as additional information.

Also, it would be beneficial to see a broader breakdown of what types of services they offer (or say they will offer), what their feature sets consist of (ditto), what geographies they cover, how users rate them, subjectively, and whose equipment (hardware and software) they are using. You get the picture: I'm looking for an industry report card at this point in time with any or all of these service attributes covered. Anyone? No contributions will be turned down. <smile>

Thanks, Frank

ps - at the conclusion of this exercise I will publish our findings, showing attributions, to anyone who emails me for same
