Hi Kasha,

In looking at Warner Lambert (WLA).I notice with their close at 159 today they have a rich PE of 50.15 and a volatility of 27.70. The theoretical value of the March 165 CALLS is .892. The bid and ask is 3/4 -1, so it looks in line. The March 155 PUTS are .78 theoretical value and the bid and ask is 1- 1-3/8 so its somewhat overpriced which is understandable since it sold off 4+. MRK is another one to keep an eye on.
