david , jeffery, tonto, thanks for your recent input. yes, i
beleive we've been duped and i am ready to investigate avenues of
recovery. Someone may call this whining but i did my dd beginning
august. I also have here a message from lori, about a month old,
that sounds very rehearsed. She basically says what pugs and riley
have bben saying (i would like to have that in writing).

can't recall who said they were going to drop in april first but in the
meantime i say we begin some sort of organized research as to how
to achieve some sort of recovery. i still recall that glowing
report they gave me via phone in august of 1997. I call it fraud.

will appreciate any input from anyone who's had or knows what we
should do to rectify the effects of fraud on the share holders
of this company. why i should have to call for a letter is beyond
me - they should have sent some sort of explanation loooong ago.
