Hi Ben: I'm awake! ;-) I received the paperwork in the mail too. Thanks just the same for posting the main aspects of the AGM: helpful for others. I know what you mean about "spare" money. :-( My cash is a little thin right now as well. At 18-20 pennies right now it seems like a great price. I can't BELIEVE that it hit 16 pennies the other day!! WOW. I'll see if I can pick some up (only about 3,000-4,000 shares) soon. Things just look too promising to pass this up...and to average down from my original 37 penny purchase! Always lurking, Wats.
