Steve -- All moot points now, even if they're true. (Which I doubt.) I spent the day in San Jose and saw the big "Texas Instruments" sign at Amati headquarters. The guard has definitely been changed. The DSL conference is rather small but from what I heard from those I talked to, there's lots of energy and contracts are being signed. I stopped by Motorola's booth and congratulated the guys there on finally announcing CopperGold. I guess they're promising shipments in Q3. That makes Debbie Salle's "soon" over a year in coming. (Would hate to be her husband.) Ah, well, you have to laugh. Cheers! Pat
