Jin thank you for your answer, but the billboard at the top leads me to nothing where I can figure the capital structure. This 12 million dollar credit line sounds like a convertible debenture to me. At what price does this debt convert into stock and what triggers the conversion?

If this company is profitable, why not just have a straight line of credit for working capital? Generally, convertible debt is the most expensive way to raise capital, long or short term and is only used when there is difficulty valuing the assets for the sake of creditors.

When I have a claim on a company's equity, I want to know how many other claims are out there. No matter how well the company does, if the growth in equity is equaled by the growth in claims on equity, my claims will never grow in worth.
