Dennis,

Your reply made me think of something I simply had never considered (beware, this is another person who should have been out at 25). In F97, APM was in the position of being significantly behind in making the transition from TFI to MR. Now, thanks to everybody in this field getting clobbered, their losses don't make them stand out and purchasing of heads has been cut significantly while the DD industry tries to get the supply side where it doesn't swamp the demand side. So if you were in the position of needing a breathing space anyway, APM's timing may be downright lucky, i.e., badly misjudge product transition at the same time as everybody else AND when your industry misjudged demand. So I really wish we could get some solid information from APM on how their MR qualifications are going so that your last sentence can give me some hope!

Donald

P.S. I am just glad the personal attacks on management have ceased. Such postings give no information as to why one should buy or sell. Attacking the decisions people make and explaining why they were wrong is helpful, but some of the ad hom. attacks reminded me of why I quit reading a number of other stock message boards!
