Not long ago I was with a big Co. that decided to buy another large Co. and before a single wheel turned, we knew exactly what we were going to do and how we were going to do it, there was no guess work. The whole thing came off without a hitch. Don't you think that SEBL has done it's homework or did someone (Tom) just wake up one morning and say I think we'll buy SCOP??????
