William, I don't really know if there will be any spin-off for Accugraph, but I do know that the deal was signed with AT&T Solutions which has an agreement with Accugraph, signed in June 1996, to develop network management applications. Whether or not Accugraph will be called upon to supply any services or software solutions as part of this deal is not known to me. Accugraph has signed a number of deals with banks in the past two years. The Bank of Montreal, Citibank and the Central bank of Russia to name them. This deal announced on Monday is the biggest networking outsourcing agreement ever in the banking industry. Let's hope Accugraph puts its best foot forward and works hard to attract some of the business if they can.
