We just read what president of K said. He did recognized problems and pointed out what they don't like. If there is a soul thinking that gov. would strip themselves from right to act like they did or more, not to justify own actions, we are in dreamland. They are willing to negotiate settlement not apology. Companies tell that K recognizes a harmful treatment of them and this discovery is fueled by presidential office. Let's say this is a lesson for both ends but K will not change their criteria. "You will perform or get the hell out" what they add now, we will not mess around with your operations but you better do what you said you would. This is going to be a tough call for all those who may think of getting in. How many companies are doing what they say they will in this sector? Well, not many. In this location impatient investor will have best friend and worst enemy in K gov. This sort of watcher will make well organized and planned out companies a good pick for portfolio while destroying bad ones. Natural fear of losing money and statistics are at the moment not written for our story. The adds created by others, which is pissing me off, will be there as SPE continues to be just another exploration junior. At the end I am not at fear of gov. I fear as in any other case of what my "company" will do? I fear that they may run out of steam or a plan or worse here they will not meet their plans. I have picked SPE and Kazakhstan as we knew it after the incidents. I picked it for what they were presenting on the plate. If they won't serve it, we can expect what K will do.
