Without prejudice:
It was public knowledge that Yorkton was to provide $600,000.00 in financing, while Union was to provide $ 400,000.00. It is also understood that the Union broker, along with a promoter friend, introduced you to one or more shareholders who invested in Unitec but did not go "through the brokerage house" with the deal. Rather a deal was negotiated directly with these shareholders without any finders fees or commissions paid to the broker or the promoter. What amount exactly did Yorkton Securities finally bring in? What amount exactly did these other investors (introduced by the Union broker & his promoter friend) finally bring in? It is relatively simple for me to look this information up with the VSE or transfer agent, but I thought I would save some time and ask you directly.
