(BTW, note CyberCash targeting the sub $10 range of transactions)Would Oracle have in mind with this server a way for ISPs to bill customers for connection time to their servers?

Wave should probably not ignore this avenue. It could be an awful lot quicker than waiting for all old PCs to be replaced with Wave Meter capable ones.

Processing speed of the chip would not be a problem if I read one of Mr. Sprague's earlier posts correctly.
