From what he said yesterday morning at CNBC he may be long as he is bullish in many drug issues. I missed part of his road show yesterday. Does anyone recall a specific mention [by Cramer] of AHP on TV or elsewhere?

Again; my big picture for shorting AHP is based on:

1. Redux liability. IMO it will hit the wires again.

2. The failed merger which is yet to bring the price down, and the low likelihood of finding a merger partner (who is going to buy into the Redux headache?)

3. Continued insider selling.
