Itronics Signs Agreement With Western Farm Service
RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 12, 1998--Itronics Inc. (ITRO) announced today that its subsidiary, Itronics Metallurgical, Inc., has signed a definitive manufacturing and distribution agreement with Western Farm Service, Inc.
The 5-year agreement with an optional 5-year renewal gives Western Farm Service, Inc., an exclusive license and right to manufacture and market Itronics' Gold'n Gro line of fertilizer products in the states of Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Hawaii.
Itronics Metallurgical intends to produce its base products at their new manufacturing facility in the Reno-Stead, Nevada area for shipment to various Western Farm manufacturing and distribution facilities in those 6 states.
