So nice of you to think of my children... that was what you meant, right?!
Since I've been away, I've got several weeks worth of SI messages to read and several weeks worth of work to do, so I'm not as active as I'd like on SI. I have, however, been setting up a videoconferencing station here so that anyone with MSFT Netmeeting can actually see me, live, working at my computer. If you have at least a microphone you can even talk to me.
Before you get any strange ideas... I set it up for my wife's family overseas so they can see each other and talk cheaply. All you need is a video camera (most people have one), Connectix QuickClip hardware ($95 at CompUSA), and MSFT Netmeeting (free at microsoft.com). The setup takes less than an hour from start to finish and is very very easy.
As for ALYD, they are in the land of AV talking to bankers last I heard.
