max90, Thanks for the information. It explains why the volume was about double the daily average and higher than any day prior to the days around the downgrades. On the matter of the sales force, it was my recollection that they sell this software using a tel-sell approach. That is they call you up, send you a demo, and you buy a $20,000 seat if you like the demo. This has accounted for the very high margins on sales that the company has enjoyed. It also may explain why top management doesn't treat its sales force very well. Their sales model requires considerably less personal sales attention with customers than most other software companies. Regards David
